How To Discipline Yourself From Too Much Eating

What Are The Best Exercises For Fast and Effective Weight Loss?


For a model it is really important that they are fit and do not have any excess fat. Models will often stick to a rigid and intense fitness and nutrition programme, but in the weeks leading up to an all important fashion show or photo shoot a model may alter their fitness regime in order to help them achieve fast and effective weight loss .

Part of their new fitness regime for quick weight loss a model will complete a series of high intensity interval training exercises that combines cardiovascular or aerobic movement with weight training to create a short but highly intense workout.

This type of workout is the best way to burn calories and lose weight quickly and effectively. The workout itself will usually involve a warm up then several short, yet intense bursts of exercise followed by moderate periods of recovery (usually 10 or 20 seconds) then finally a cool down period. The sort of cardio exercises involved in this type of training are running, specifically sprinting, a skipping technique known as ‘double unders’, rowing and swimming.

These are then performed in conjunction with body-weight exercises such as squats, press ups, pull ups, lunges, box jumps and planks or with other exercises using free weights, barbells and kettle-bells such as dead-lifts, back squats, swings and clean and jerks.

Typical routines might include performing as many pull ups as possible in 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds, 10 times; or completing as many rounds as possible in a certain time (say 20 minutes) of 10 press ups, 15 box jumps, 20 kettle-bell swings and 25 double unders.

In order to achieve fast and effective weight loss you should concentrate on doing the cardio exercises mentioned such as skipping, sprinting and rowing, as well as body weight exercises such as press ups, sit ups and squats, as these will work many of the major muscle groups, especially the core.
